In June of 2018, I bought a one-way ticket to Paris and left behind my full time San Francisco job and all its perks to pursue a lifelong dream of traveling. While on the road–or more accurately, on a hostel bunk–I realized that I had to make baking a part of this journey as well, and so begin my crazy Frankenstein pursuit to make travel baking into the next big backpackers movement.
On Bake A Trip, our mission is to inspire adventure in nomadic bakers and home bakers alike. We’ll be showing you how to make the most out of any kitchen situation, sharing recipes of our favorite international treats, and helping you decide where to jet off to next.
